Le directeur général de la Société de garantie du Gabon (SGS), Alban Etho a signé ce vendredi 12 mai 2023 une convention de garantie de 300 millions de FCFA sur 3 ans avec l’administrateur directeur général d’Épargne et développement du Gabon (EDG), Jean Robert Obiang Obiang. Ce partenariat entre SGG et EDG vise à couvrir partiellement le risque de défaut porté par les institutions financières sur les petites et moyennes entreprises et les petites et moyennes industries des secteurs et chaines de valeurs prioritaires et à fort potentiel.

Cette collaboration est une extension de notre mission principale, celle d’être un partenaire privilégié pour les PME-PMI, les microentreprises, les porteurs de projets et les acteurs économiques du secteur informel, tout en autonomisant les jeunes âgés de 16 à 34 ans en les guidant vers l’auto-emploi», a déclaré Alban Etho.
