Aganor : Formation des petits producteurs et éleveurs sur les enjeux de la qualité

Afin de donner un coup de main aux petits producteurs, le Pnud a sollicité l’Agence gabonaise de normalisation (Aganor) pour assurer des formations à un groupe d’opérateurs à Libreville et Port-Gentil. Il s’agit de former des petits éleveurs et des personnes exerçant dans la production vivrière (banane et tubercule de manioc), maraîchère (tomate, piment, aubergine, etc.) et l’agroalimentaire.

À Libreville, les petits producteurs des produits vivriers et produits maraîchers, les petits éleveurs et les transformateurs des produits agroalimentaires bénéficient depuis ce jeudi 6 juillet 2023 d’une formation sur les enjeux de la qualité. Initié par le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (Pnud) et mise en œuvre par l’Agence gabonaise de normalisation (Aganor), cette formation permettra d’inciter à l’appropriation des normes en général et en particulier celles rendues d’application obligatoire.

«Ce programme de formation a pour objectif de sensibiliser les artisans, les petits producteurs. Les sensibiliser sur tout ce qui est exigence normative, règlementaire et qualité en rapport avec leurs productions. Ceci pour faciliter ou pour susciter la distribution, la mise à disposition de leurs produits dans les centres commerciaux, pour leur permettre de mieux ventre leurs produits et de mieux les écouler. Cela, en respectant les exigences en vigueur, applicable en rapport avec le marché gabonais», a confié Judicaël Ongouna, directeur adjoint de la promotion de la qualité à Aganor.

Selon le directeur adjoint, cette formation se déroule en plusieurs modules durant 48 heures. Il s’agit entre autres des modules sur les normes de Codex alimentaires, les enjeux de la qualité, la mise en place du Plan de maîtrise sanitaire (PMS), la formation sur l’étiquetage des denrées alimentaires préemballées, la production de certification et l’autorisation de mise sur le marché/sécurité des consommateurs.

Pour cette formation, l’Aganor a sollicité les autres administrations qui interviennent dans le domaine alimentaire. Notamment l’Agence gabonaise de sécurité alimentaire (Agasa) et la Direction générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des fraudes (DGCCRF). «Pour cette première phase de formation, avec l’appui du Pnud, on a sélectionné deux villes, principalement Port-Gentil et Libreville. Dans les mois à venir s’il y a d’autres possibilités, on verra comment aller dans d’autres villes du pays», a expliqué Judicaël Ongouna.
