Le présent Appel d’Offres concerne le projet et consiste en la construction et à la mise en valeur de l’ensemble du site de la Gare de MOANDA.

- La SETRAG sollicite des Offres sous pli fermé de la part de Soumissionnaires éligibles pour exécuter les travaux de la reprise des travaux définis ci-dessus :

- Les Offres devront être soumises à l’adresse ci-dessus au plus tard le 28 Aout 2023 à 10 heures, heure locale. - Capacité financière et chiffre d’affaires annuel
Le soumissionnaire doit fournir la preuve écrite qu’il satisfait aux exigences ci-après :
- Apporter la preuve qu’il dispose de liquidités et/ou présenter des pièces attestant qu’il a accès à des facilités de crédit d’un montant au moins équivalent à Trois Cent Millions Francs CFA (300 000 000 F CFA) ;
- Apporter la preuve qu’il dispose d’un chiffre d’affaires annuel moyen d’au moins Un Milliard Cinq Cent Millions Francs CFA (1 500 000 000 F CFA) sur les trois (3) dernières années.
- Capacité technique et expérience
