Lutte contre la vie chère : le gouvernement supprime certaines taxes pour baisser les prix

Dans un arrêté signé par le Ministre de l’Économie et des participations, Mays Mouissi, le gouvernement annonce avoir suspendu pour 3 mois la TVA et la RDS (redevance de scanning) sur l’importation de certains produits de grande consommation dont le coût était devenu de plus en plus insupportable pour de nombreux ménages.

La baisse concerne notamment des surgelés et congelés tels que les rognons, cuisses et ailes de poulet, ou encore l’huile de palme raffinée de la marque Cuisin’or.

Ces exemptions s’appliquent uniquement sur ces produits de grande consommation, huit (8) au total, dont les nouveaux prix ont été plafonnés sur l’ensemble du territoire national.

La ménagère devrait donc par exemple désormais garnir son panier avec le kilo de rognons à 1000 Francs CFA, celui de cuisses de poulet venues du Brésil à 1100 Francs ou encore le litre d’huile de palme cuisin’or de 2 litres à 2000 Francs CFA.

Quelques autres biens et services sont également concernés par ces abattements. Il s’agit des matériaux de construction : ciment (4500 Frs CFA le sac), gravier, sable fin et gros; ainsi que les billets d’avion sur les vols domestiques et les opérations de production et de vente de ciment et de fer à béton.
