L’Exécutive Club de la Fédération des entreprises du Gabon (FEG), en collaboration avec l’école des Hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris), organise, le 14 avril prochain à Libreville, une formation au bénéfice des dirigeants d’entreprises. Sous le thème «Stratégie et moteurs de performance», cette formation a pour objectif d’apporter des outils en adéquation avec la culture, les choix stratégiques des entreprises, tout comme elle propose de renforcer la capacité individuelle du dirigeant pour une meilleure prise de décision.
Selon les organisateurs, cette formation est en adéquation avec un contexte inédit où les défis et les rouages du leadership stratégique sont soumis à des pressions constantes exercées sur les décideurs (marché des produits et des services, marchés financiers et marché du «talent»). Elle sera animée par Bertrand Quelin, Professeur permanent au département Stratégie à HEC Paris, ayant participé à de très nombreuses conférences et donné des séminaires à travers le monde.
