Jugées éligibles par la commission d’attribution mise en place par la tutelle, neuf petites et moyennes entreprises gabonaises ont reçu, lundi 3 avril à Libreville, leurs agréments PME des mains du ministre Yves Fernand Manfoumbi et son collègue délégué Emmanuel Eyeghe Nze.

Neuf entreprises gabonaises jugées éligibles par la commission d’attribution d’agrément PME ont bénéficié dudit document, le 3 avril 2023. La cérémonie officielle de remise des agréments PME a été présidée par le ministre du Commerce et des Petites moyennes entreprises Yves Fernand Manfoumbi, dans les locaux de la direction générale des PME, à Libreville.

«Neuf petites et moyennes entreprises vont bénéficier désormais de l’agrément PME pour leur permettre de mieux se mouvoir, de mettre en exergue la procédure du gouvernement en matière d’entrepreneuriat d’une part, mais surtout de répondre conformément à la déclaration de politique générale du Premier ministre, Alain-Claude Bilie-By-Nze sur la préférence nationale et sur aussi cet entrepreneuriat de la fabrique des champions», a déclaré Yves Fernand Manfoumbi.

Selon le ministère du Commerce, l’agrément PME est un outil de promotion qui accorde des avantages à son détenteur. Ces avantages vont de l’accès prioritaire à la commande publique, à l’exonération des d’impôts pendant une durée bien précise, à l’exonération des droits de douane et même à l’exemption de la garantie de soumission qui est souvent demandée lors des appels d’offres. «Nous remercions le chef de l’État et le ministère des PME pour l’agrément PME. Cet agrément sera une bouffée d’oxygène pour notre société», a indiqué Desy Ntsame Akomo Moussadji, chef de service Trans-Akanda.

Le but du gouvernement est d’accompagner et structurer, entre autres financièrement les PME pour une prise en main de l’activité économique par les nationaux.
