L’Agence gabonaise de développement et de promotion du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie (Agatour) et le Musée national des arts, rites et traditions ont signé, le 12 juin à Libreville, une convention pour la promotion de la destination Gabon à travers la marque touristique «Discover Gabon».

Six mois après le lancement officiel de la marque de promotion touristique «Discover Gabon», «The last Eden», une plateforme de promotion de l’étendue des ressources du pays en matière de culture, d’écotourisme et d’investissements, l’Agatour et le Musée national des arts, rites et traditions ont signé, le 12 juin, une convention pour la mutualisation de leurs efforts pour  mieux vendre la destination Gabon, notamment la richesse et la diversité de son patrimoine culturel matériel et immatériel.

Selon le directeur général de l’Agatour, Christian Mbina, ce partenariat permettra de booster la visibilité du volet culturel de Discover Gabon, d’une part, et mettre en lumière les merveilles de notre patrimoine matériel et immatériel. « Si l’on veut faire le marketing de la destination Gabon, il faut que toutes les entités s’impliquent et que nous, nous soyons en fait le relais de ce qui se passe au Gabon, montrer le Gabon comme un pays qui bouge », a-t-il déclaré.
