La présumée campagne est lancée via les réseaux sociaux. Les auteurs ont usurpé le logo de SOGARA, mis en ligne un formulaire présumé gratuit à remplir pour postuler. Cependant, ce formulaire en réalité sert à collecter des données personnelles pour ensuite extorquer des fonds auprès des demandeurs d’emploi.
