La prime de performance du mois de février 2923 aurait dû être payée aux agents des régies financières depuis deux semaines. Elle ne l’est déjà pas qu’approche le 15 avril, date à laquelle doit être payée celle du mois de mars. Du coup nait chez eux l’inquiétude d’un cumul des arriérés par un non paiement supplémentaire du mois de mars.

Pour attirer l’attention du gouvernement, la Fédération des Collecteurs des Régies Financières (FECOREFI) émet un signal d’alarme par le billet d’un communiqué de presse daté du 10 avril dont la Rédaction de Gabonclic.info a reçu une copie. Nicaise Otounga qui le signe en tant que président du regroupement appelle le gouvernement à respecter les engagements qu’il a signés et à s’assurer surtout que rien ne vient contrarier la volonté et les efforts des agents à exécuter les missions qui sont les leurs. « Le Gouvernement doit à son tour tenir à ses engagements contractés en s’assurant que rien ne puisse venir contrarier la volonté et les efforts des agents à exécuter les missions qui sont les leurs en collectant sereinement les ressources de l’État », a-t-il souligné.

 Il rappelle que « la participation de la fédération aux travaux du comité technique ne doit nullement être assimilée à un blanc-seing pour que le gouvernement légitime toute manœuvre dilatoire contre les intérêts des agents des régies financières et des administrations assimilées »_. Clairement, l’inquiétude est grande que les agents des régies financières ne rentrent pas en possession de leurs primes. C’est la raison pour laquelle cette sonnette d’alarme est tirée, en même temps qu’il est demandé à ces agents de la patience.
