Afrijet inaugure deux nouvelles agences à Malabo

Afrijet, première compagnie aérienne de la zone CEMAC, inaugure deux nouvelles agences à Malabo, en Guinée équatoriale. L’entreprise poursuit son développement et annonce l’expansion de son réseau d’agences au gré des prochaines ouvertures de liaisons aériennes.

Après le lancement en novembre 2023 de la première liaison directe entre Libreville et Kinshasa, Afrijet poursuit sa croissance. La compagnie aérienne gabonaise inaugure deux nouvelles agences à Malabo, capitale de Guinée équatoriale, la première en centre-ville, la seconde dans le nouvel aérogare mis en service, en complément de l’agence de Bata.

La présence d’Afrijet en Guinée équatoriale est l’opportunité d’offrir de nouvelles liaisons depuis et vers les aéroports du pays. Malabo est reliée au Bénin (Cotonou), au Gabon et ses vols intérieurs (Port-Gentil avec quatre liaisons par semaine et Franceville avec deux liaisons par semaine) et à Sao Tomé-et-Principe avec une liaison par semaine. Bata dispose désormais d’une liaison par semaine vers la République démocratique du Congo (Kinshasa) et depuis la République du Congo (Brazzaville). Afrijet permet également de relier le Cameroun avec six liaisons par semaine (une pour l’aéroport International Yaoundé Nsimalen et cinq vers Douala)

Pour Marc Gaffajoli, Administrateur général d’Afrijet, l’enrichissement de l’offre commerciale d’Afrijet en Guinée équatoriale répond à des forts besoins : “Quelques semaines après le vol inaugural de la première liaison aérienne directe entre Libreville et Kinshasa, nous sommes fiers d’inaugurer nos deux nouvelles agences à Malabo. Nous mettons notre réseau et notre savoir-faire au service de la Guinée équatoriale. En proposant des liaisons entre Malabo et Cotonou ou Bata et Kinshasa, nous répondons à de forts besoins de connectivité et participons à créer de nouvelles opportunités pour les populations.”

Afrijet, qui fait de la vente directe en agence l’un de ses outils essentiels pour proposer des billets à un prix compétitif, étend son réseau. Afin d’améliorer la transparence des prix, la compagnie aérienne, qui dispose aujourd’hui de 22 points de vente, ouvrira de nouvelles agences dans l’essentiel des pays où elle est déjà présente. Afrijet prévoit de porter à une trentaine de points de vente son réseau, au gré des prochaines ouvertures de route. L’extension du réseau d’agences complète d’autres solutions proposées telles qu’un nouveau site internet et un call center dédié à la clientèle régionale.

“Ces nouvelles étapes témoignent de l’engagement d’Afrijet à faire de la réponse aux besoins de mobilité un levier de développement pour l’Afrique. Nous participons à l’intensification des échanges commerciaux et culturels et nous créons des emplois. À la soixantaine d’agents commerciaux qui seront employés à terme dans nos agences, il faut ajouter le personnel d’encadrement et celui chargé des opérations au sol, directement dans les aéroports.” indique Marc Gaffajoli.
