Le président exécutif de l’Organisation pour la sécurité économique et la compétitivité de l’Afrique (OSECA), Dr Claude Orlien N’takpe-Atto qui s’est réjoui d’avoir signé le 13 novembre 2023 avec le gouvernement gabonais un accord de siège, a, annoncé ce vendredi dans une conférence de presse à Libreville, que l’implantation de son organisation au Gabon vise à financer des projets viables pour créer le plein emploi dans le pays.

« Nous sommes des investisseurs, nous sommes une organisation qui finance des projets, nous sommes une organisation qui crée des emplois », a fait comprendre M. N’takpe-Atto, indiquant par la suite se mettre à la disposition du gouvernement de la transition pour explorer les possibilités de financer les « projets qui sont en souffrance des financements ».
