Nommé en Conseil des ministres, le 17 mai dernier, en qualité de président du Conseil d’administration de la Caisse des pensions et des prestations familiales des agents de l’État (CPPF), Serge Ename Nsolet a officiellement été installé dans ses charges, ce jeudi 1er juin , par la ministre du Budget et des Comptes publics, Edith Ekiri Mounombi Epse Oyouomi.

Le ministre du Budget et des Comptes publics, Édith Ekiri Mounombi Epse Oyouomi, a procédé, le 1er juin 2023, à l’installation du nouveau président du Conseil d’administration de la Caisse des pensions et des prestations familiales des agents de l’État, en la personne de Serge Ename Nsolet. Cette prise de fonction officielle intervient plus de trois mois après le décès du premier président de l’organe d’orientation et de gestion de la CPPF, Engongah Owono.
Saluant la mémoire et le travail réalisé par ce haut commis de l’État arraché à l’affection des siens, le ministre du Budget et des Comptes publics a requis une minute de silence en hommage à l’illustre disparu à qui, elle reconnaît avoir impulsé une dynamique certaine dans la gestion de la CPPF dont l’opérationnalisation des activités a débuté en janvier 2015.

Invitant le nouveau PCA de la CPPF à poursuivre la trajectoire entamée par son prédécesseur et à renforcer l’ancrage social de cette caisse conformément à la vision stratégique du président de la République, Ali Bongo Ondimba, le ministre du Budget et des Comptes publics a fixé le cap du challenge de Serge Ename Nsolet. «Au moment de reprendre le relais, il importe de noter et prendre la pleine mesure des défis importants auxquels cette institution se trouve confrontée. Il s’agit notamment de l’arrimage des pensions au nouveau système de rémunération, de la digitalisation des outils de travail de la caisse pour un meilleur accès des populations aux prestations», a-t-elle indiqué.
Témoignant avoir une pensée émue pour son prédécesseur dont il se serait abreuvé de sages et utiles conseils pour la poursuite de l’œuvre qu’il a si bien entamée à la tête dudit Conseil d’administration pendant plus de six ans, si le destin n’avait pas décidé autrement, l’ancien secrétaire général adjoint de la présidence de la République, Serge Ename Nsolet a exprimé toute la reconnaissance de l’ensemble des administrateurs pour avoir mis et maintenu sur de bons et solides rails l’organe d’orientation et de gestion de la CPPF.
«C’est dans cette dynamique de renforcement de l’instrument de redistribution des revenus qu’est la CPPF, et de consolidation de notre système de solidarité intergénérationnelle chère au président de la République que je voudrais inscrire mon action à la tête du Conseil d’administration.
